THANKSGIVING ASSEMBLY JR. 2026
“From Stones to Statues”
Presented by Class V (Moving to Class VI)
With hearts full of gratitude and memories, the students of Class V presented a beautiful Thanksgiving Assembly on the theme “From Stones to Statues.” The assembly marked a significant milestone as they prepared to step into Class VI, reflecting on their transformative journey through the primary years.
The programme began with a reverent Prayer Service, thanking God for the gift of education, guidance, and growth. The prayers echoed a deep sense of gratitude for every teacher who patiently shaped and polished them, just as a sculptor chisels stone into a statue.
A touching skit creatively portrayed how young, unshaped stones are gradually transformed into strong and graceful statues through care, discipline, encouragement, and love. The performance beautifully symbolized how their mentors nurtured their talents and strengthened their character.
The assembly also featured thoughtful speeches by students who expressed sincere appreciation for their Principal and teachers. Each word reflected love, respect, and heartfelt thanks for the lessons taught—not only from books, but from life itself.
A special highlight was the gratitude movie presentation, which included glimpses of the journey from LKG to Class V. The film paid tribute to the respected Principal and all the dedicated class and subject teachers who have played an essential role in framing their lives. The visual journey stirred emotions and filled the atmosphere with pride and thanksgiving.
The assembly concluded with a sense of joy, nostalgia, and hope as the students promised to carry forward the values and teachings instilled in them. Truly, from simple stones to beautiful statues, their transformation stands as a testament to the unwavering dedication of their mentors.
